Wear loose or cinch in at the waist with fabric tie-belt. Pair with slip on mules now and as we move into winter with black tights and knee- length boots. Print: Jardin is based on a colourful French textile design dating back to the 1790s housed in the V&A archive. The original design of exotic plants and motifs resembles earlier imported Indian chintzes that became a fashion phenomenon in Europe and still look sensational centuries later. Maker: This garment was made by Creative Handicrafts, an organisation which supports women in India by providing employment and fair wages. The fabric is made from TENCEL TM branded Lyocell fibres, which are cellulose fibres made from wood pulp. The fibre production itself is extremely eco-friendly due to the closed loop manufacturing system used.
